After School Programs
Ithaca Waldorf School welcomes current students as well as friends from other schools or homeschooling families to join our After School Program.
Schedule
Program begins September 14th, 2026
Monday to Friday: 3:00 - 5:30pm
flexible pick-up time
supervision as early as 2:15 for non-IWS students
families arrange transportation
Early Childhood (EC): Your child will play with their friends under the gentle care of Ms. Xochitl (“SO-chi”). They will be offered a wholesome snack, time to play in and outdoors, and special projects. The day ends with a story.
Grades 1 - 8: Elementary-aged children enjoy a healthy snack, time to decompress, and a craft, cooking, or farm project with Mr. Chad. Children spend as much time outdoors as possible, and should dress for the weather!

IWS Students
Unlimited After School Program - $3,600
10-session pass - $340
Drop-in care (IWS students only) - $40/day
non-IWS Students
includes supervision at 2:15pm

After School Program Request
This form is for enrolled IWS students AND non-IWS students. Please note: After School begins Monday, Sept. 14th, 2026. The Program does not run on IWS’s half days, early dismissal days, or when IWS is not in session. Please see our Academic Calendar for more details.
Space for non-IWS students is limited—submitting this form will begin either an enrollment or wait pool process. Enrollment for non-IWS students is not confirmed until payment is processed. We’ll be in touch!
