Farm to Table Lunch Program

Weekly Meal Schedule

We designed our lunch menu to have a rhythm similar to the snack rhythm in our Early Childhood classrooms: a themed meal for each day of the week. Our chef then chooses a recipe based on in-season produce available from our local farms and makers.

Monday: Soup Day

Tuesday: Taco Day

Wednesday: Pasta Day

Thursday: Roast Day

Friday: Pizza Day

About half of our students and half our faculty enjoy our school lunch program, as an optional ad-on. Others choose to bring their lunch from home.

Our school chef prepares meals daily from scratch in our certified commercial kitchen. She uses local, organic, and regenerative ingredients from local farms and producers. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available.

Families are invited to sign up for lunch for the entire school year, or month by month, choosing the weekly schedule that fits their needs. The cost is $6/meal.
