Ithaca Waldorf School students are curious and creative. They benefit from time outside, screen-free teaching, and warm, firm boundaries. We help develop in students high academic standards, self-motivation, compassion, and confidence with practical skills.

While not every child is a good fit for every school, we don’t believe there is a “Waldorf-type” child. We believe Waldorf Education is a beautiful gift you can give your child, at any age, and for any length of time, no matter what gifts, inclinations, and challenges they bring to the world!
